Returns & Refunds Policy

At TheBedBoss.co.uk, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our returns and refunds policy below.


1. Return Period
• You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Please include your order confirmation or packing slip with your return.


2. Custom & Bespoke Products
• As all our beds are bespoke products made to customer requirements, custom and non-standard items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
• All product dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 5%. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering.
• If a made-to-order bed does not fit in your property due to measurement issues which you given, a 50% cancellation charge will apply.


3. Damaged or Defective Items
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us immediately of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
• Mattresses (once unsealed)
• Beds or accessories removed from packaging
• Custom/special-sized beds unless faulty


5. Customer Responsibilities

To avoid return issues, customers must:
• Measure doorways, stairways, and hallways before ordering
• Provide correct delivery details and a valid mobile number
• Be available on the agreed delivery date and notify us if unable to accept delivery
• Understand that property damage caused during delivery inside your home is the courier’s responsibility, not TheBedBoss.co.uk


6. Refunds
• If a return is due to our error (wrong item or faulty product), you will receive a full refund or replacement.
• If a return is due to a customer error (wrong size, incorrect measurements, or change of mind), we refund 60% of the product price only. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Once we receive your return in its original condition, we will inspect and process it within 5 working days. Refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations
• You may request changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• After 24 hours, changes cannot be made, and cancellations may incur a fee (especially for bespoke orders).
