Delivery Information

At TheBedBoss.co.uk, we aim to make delivery and installation as smooth as possible. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.


1. Delivery Areas
• We deliver to all mainland UK.
• Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland.


2. Delivery Process
• Once your order is ready, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with delivery details.
• Our drivers may contact you on the day of delivery, so please provide a valid mobile number at checkout.
• Delivery is to your front door only, unless you have selected the assembly service.

⚠️ Please measure all stairways, doorways, and access points before ordering. If your bed cannot fit through, the courier will not accept a return.


3. Assembly Service (Optional)

If you select the assembly service at checkout:
• Your bed will be delivered to the room of your choice.
• Our team will assemble your new bed.
• This service does not include:
• Dismantling or removing your old bed
• Disposal of packaging


4. Delivery Restrictions & Notes
• Any special requirements or restrictions should be stated at checkout or communicated to our team immediately after placing your order.
• While we aim to meet all delivery requests, TheBedBoss.co.uk cannot guarantee specific dates or times.
• We are not responsible for economic loss, missed work, or expenses caused by delivery delays.


5. Redelivery Charges
• If you cannot accept delivery after dispatch and do not inform us in advance, a redelivery fee of £60–£90 (depending on location) will apply.
• If no one is available to receive your order, the same redelivery fee will be charged.


6. Delivery-Related Damages
• Our couriers are responsible for safely handling your order.
• If you request delivery beyond the front door (into a room, upstairs, etc.), any damage caused to your property is the responsibility of the courier company, not TheBedBoss.co.uk.
• In the unlikely event of damage caused by the delivery team, TheBedBoss.co.uk does not accept liability.


7. Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure smooth delivery, customers must:
• Provide accurate delivery details and a valid contact number.
• Be available at the agreed delivery date and time.
• Notify us immediately if you cannot accept delivery.
• Measure doorways, stairways, and hallways before placing an order to ensure access.
