Warranty Policy
At TheBedBoss.co.uk, we are committed to providing quality furniture that lasts. All of our products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

1. What the Warranty Covers
During the 12-month warranty period, we will repair or replace parts that are defective due to manufacturing faults. Coverage includes:
• Bed frames (side rails, headboards, footboards, centre supports)
• Fixings (bolts, brackets, legs)
• Gas lifts and hinges (on storage and ottoman models)

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, marks, fading, minor dents)
• Damage caused by incorrect assembly, over-tightening of bolts, or use of incompatible mattress sizes
• Damage from misuse, accidents, abuse, or neglect
• Commercial, rental, or institutional use
• Issues caused by humidity, mould, or water damage
• Mattresses, bedding, electrical components, or accessories (unless expressly stated on the product page)
• Any unauthorised repairs or modifications

3. Customer Responsibilities
To keep your warranty valid, you must:
• Follow our assembly instructions carefully
• Use the correct mattress size and type for your bed frame
• Take reasonable care of the product and use it only for household purposes
• Report any issue to us as soon as possible, with photos and order details

4. Warranty Claims
• To make a claim, please contact us with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the fault.
• We may arrange for an inspection or request that parts are returned.
• If a fault is confirmed within the 12-month period, we will provide replacement parts or repair free of charge.
• If the exact part is no longer available, we will provide a suitable alternative.

• Our responsibility is limited to repair, replacement, or refund (where applicable).
