1. General Terms
1. “By shopping with us, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.”
2. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if products are not available.
3. Pricing: Prices may change without notice. We aim for accuracy but errors may occur. If so, we will contact you before processing your order.
4. Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

2. Orders & Payments
1. Order Acceptance: Orders are accepted subject to availability and payment verification.
2. Payment Processing: Payments are processed upon order placement. If payment fails, the order will be cancelled.
3. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted, especially for bespoke or custom orders.

3. Delivery & Installation
1. We deliver to all mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Delivery charges are non-refundable.
2. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for indirect or economic loss caused by delivery delays.
3. If you are unable to accept delivery after receiving your dispatch notification, you must notify us within 1 hour. Missed deliveries will incur a £60–£90 redelivery fee depending on your location.
4. Drivers will deliver to the front door only, unless the assembly service is selected. Customers must ensure stairways and doorways are suitable for the product to fit. Failed deliveries due to restricted access will not be refunded.
5. Assembly Service: If purchased, this includes delivery to a room of your choice and assembly of your new bed. It does not include dismantling or removal of old furniture, or disposal of packaging.

4. Returns & Refunds
1. We offer a 14-day return policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
2. If a return is due to our fault (wrong item or manufacturing defect), you will receive a full refund or replacement.
3. If a return is due to a customer error (e.g., wrong size ordered), only 60% of the product price will be refunded.
4. Custom/special-sized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty.
5. Mattresses and opened bedding products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Warranty
1. All products include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing faults.
2. Warranty covers:
• Side rails, headboard, footboard, centre support
• Bolts, brackets, legs
• Hinges and gas lifts (for storage beds)
3. Exclusions:
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fabric fading, minor marks)
• Incorrect assembly, over-tightening, or unsupported mattress use
• Commercial or rental use
• Damage caused by humidity, mould, water, accidents, or misuse
• Mattresses, bedding, or electrical parts (unless stated)
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications
